Introducing The Menopause Collective.
Menopause care built the way it should have been all along.
Physician-led, evidence-based, and designed for the time your health actually deserves.
- Why We ExistMillions of women. A system built for something else.
Menopause is one of the most significant physiological transitions in adult health, and it has been consistently underserved by a healthcare system optimized for something entirely different.
Why This Is Different And Why It Matters
We built The Menopause Collective in the space between those models: the physician focus and accessibility patients are asking for, paired with the in-person depth, continuity, and clinical rigor this stage of life actually requires.

Ken Knudson, Founder and CEO
Ken brings more than three decades of experience building innovative medical technology companies that have transformed patient care around the world, helping commercialize breakthrough technologies that created well over a billion dollars in combined enterprise value.
That career led him to a different kind of question: not what the next device would be, but how an entire healthcare experience could change for the better. The Menopause Collective is the answer. Like many families, Ken watched women close to him struggle through menopause while navigating a fragmented healthcare system that often minimized their symptoms or left them searching for answers on their own. He believes women deserve better: not faster appointments or more prescriptions, but stronger relationships with the physicians who care for them.
At The Menopause Collective, Ken leads with a physician-first philosophy, giving doctors the time, autonomy, and support to practice medicine the way they always hoped they could. For Ken, success isn't measured by the number of clinics, but by how many physicians rediscover the joy of practicing medicine, and how many women finally feel heard.

Hannah Burns, Co-Founder and CFO
Hannah serves on the leadership board of The Menopause Collective, where she brings financial discipline and strategic oversight to a company built on trust and transparency between physicians and patients. She is comfortable in the details, the compliance, the spreadsheets, the operational architecture, while always keeping sight of how those decisions affect the people the company serves.
Across her career, Hannah has developed a reputation for finding the pattern inside complex numbers and connecting dots others miss. Her leadership is grounded in the same resilience she's relied on throughout her life and career: staying steady under pressure, adapting to change, and creating strong systems of support. For Hannah, that discipline extends directly to her role at The Menopause Collective, where she partners with physicians as a genuine stakeholder in their success, not an outside administrator.
At 42 and a mother of three, Hannah is also part of the community The Menopause Collective serves. Her own experience navigating women's healthcare, including moments of real partnership and moments of being dismissed, shapes her belief that women deserve a healthcare system that takes them seriously at every stage of life.

Brittny Silke, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer
Brittny brings more than fifteen years of experience as a practicing physical therapist to her role at The Menopause Collective. Early in her career, she noticed a consistent pattern among her female patients navigating perimenopause and menopause: real symptoms, real questions, and a healthcare system that too often told them to simply accept feeling worse as they aged. She refused to accept that as the standard of care.
That conviction led her to open her own private physical therapy practice, where she built every system from the ground up, patient care protocols, operations, marketing, referral networks, while giving her patients the time and individualized attention she believed they deserved. Running that practice gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a clinic that works: not just clinically, but operationally and financially. It also revealed a persistent gap in the industry, a lack of reliable, coordinated care for women living with complex, overlapping menopause symptoms.
That experience is the foundation she brings to The Menopause Collective, where she helps lead a team of physicians and clinicians united by empathy, integrity, and a shared commitment to individualized care. She champions an environment where physicians can practice with real autonomy, without ever compromising the quality or ethics of patient care. Brittny's guiding philosophy is simple: work hard and treat people well. It's the standard she holds her team to every day.
The Menopause Collective was founded by a team that has spent their careers building and scaling healthcare organizations, and who saw the same gap from different sides of the industry: menopause care had become one of the largest unmet needs in modern medicine, with no one building the infrastructure to address it properly.
The leadership team’s role is to build the operational infrastructure, technology, staffing, patient experience, and growth strategy, so physicians can focus entirely on the thing they trained to do: deliver exceptional, unhurried care.
Women deserve better care during menopause, and physicians deserve a better environment in which to practice medicine.
A new standard for menopause care starts with one conversation.
